Creamy Corn Casserole<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

• 1 can whole kernel corn (juice, too)<\/span><\/li>\n
• 1 can creamed corn<\/span><\/li>\n
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese<\/span><\/li>\n
• 1\/8 c. sugar<\/span><\/li>\n
• 2 eggs, beaten<\/span><\/li>\n
• 1\/2 c. melted butter<\/span><\/li>\n
• 1\u00a0(8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Directions<\/h3>\n

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a large casserole dish or 9×13 pan.<\/li>\n
  2. In a large bowl, mix all\u00a0the ingredients together adding muffin mix last.<\/li>\n
  3. Transfer to your greased pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.<\/li>\n
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
     *Can be topped with cheese or sour cream but I think it’s delish as is.<\/div>\n
